Atmarpanastuti - Sloka 36

न त्वा जन्मप्रलयजलधेरुद्धरामीति चेद्धीः

आस्तां तन्मे भवतु च जनिर्यत्र कुत्रापि जातौ ।

त्वद्भक्तानामनितरसुखैः पादधूलीकिशोरैः

आरब्धं मे भवतु भगवन् भावि सर्वं शरीरम् ॥ ३६॥

"Why do the best of the sages reject even heavenly nectar and instead drink the water from My lotus feet?" 

Thinking in this way, Bala-Mukunda eagerly sucks His own lotus foot (contemplating on the next cycle of creation).

During the universal deluge, the Supreme Lord Narayana takes the form of a little baby floating on a banyan leaf over the dangerous torrents of pralaya jalam, the waters of cosmic dissolution. He protects all the universe and its beings by swallowing them in His tiny stomach and rests them there, while contemplating about their creation once again after the deluge by releasing the Universe and its beings from the safe storage place (viz)., His stomach.

Atmarpanastuti - Sloka 35

भुङ्क्षे गुप्तं बत सुखनिधिं तात साधारणं त्वं

भिक्षावृत्तिं परमभिनयन्मायया मां विभज्य ।

मर्यादायाः सकलजगतां नायकः स्थापकस्त्वं

युक्तं किं तद्वद विभजनं योजयस्वात्मना माम् ॥ ३५॥

அஞ்ஞான இருட்டு அகல Cure of ordinary diseases, success in all endeavours.
Enhances hair growth. Gains influence in society.

धुनोतु ध्वान्तं न-स्तुलित-दलितेन्दीवर-वनं

घनस्निग्ध-श्लक्ष्णं चिकुर निकुरुम्बं तव शिवे ।

यदीयं सौरभ्यं सहज-मुपलब्धुं सुमनसो

वसन्त्यस्मिन् मन्ये बलमथन वाटी-विटपिनाम् ॥ ४३ ॥

Atmarpanastuti - Sloka 34

माता तातः सुत इति समाबध्य मां मोहपाशै- 

रापात्यैवं भवजलनिधौ हा किमीश त्वयाऽऽप्तम् । 

एतावन्तं समयमियतीमार्तिमापादितेऽस्मिन् 

कल्याणी ते किमिति न कृपा कापि मे भाग्यरेखा ॥ ३४॥

एतावन्तं भ्रमणनिचयं प्रापितोऽयं वराकः
श्रान्तः स्वामिन्नगतिरधुना मोचनीयस्त्वयाहम् ।
कृत्याकृत्यव्यपगतमतिर्दीनशाखामृगोऽयं
संताड्यैनं दशनविवृतिं पश्यतस्ते फलं किम् ॥ ३३॥

Beneficial Results: 

குண்டலினீ சக்தி Attaining high position and accumulation of gems.
Remedy for sun and moon related problems in the natal chart. Cures oedema, urinal diseases, gives power to attract others.

गतै-र्माणिक्यत्वं गगनमणिभिः सान्द्रघटितं
किरीटं ते हैमं हिमगिरिसुते कीतयति यः ॥
स नीडेयच्छाया-च्छुरण-शकलं चन्द्र-शकलं
धनुः शौनासीरं किमिति न निबध्नाति धिषणाम् ॥ ४२ ॥
